Property Market Rental, ROI & Risk Analysis

For investors and accidental landlords alike.

A good rental property is found before purchase, not after. We search for units in high-demand locations with layouts that suit the tenants actually renting in that area, then assess the return and the risks before you commit.

The upgrade stage, handled.

We connect you with trusted contractors and a wide range of renovation and home-improvement services, lighting, wiring installation, fit-outs and more. Once the unit is renovated, we assist you to rent it out fast at a stronger rental price, or to position it for resale.

How it works

  2. Execute, works are carried out by contractors from our trusted network.
