Our story

Home Search began as a property search engine platform, a one-stop point for buyers navigating Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya. Over time we found that what clients valued most wasn't the listings; it was the homework behind them. Which corridor is actually growing? Which layout rents fastest? Is this launch package genuinely better than a nearby subsale unit?

So that became the business: a service built on research, treating every purchase, whether a first home or a fifth investment unit, as a decision worth researching properly. We are entirely committed to understanding our clients' needs and fulfilling them with the expertise of our team.

What we believe

Research before recommendation. You should always see the reasoning, location analysis, layout comparison, pricing context, before you see a sales pitch.

Own stay and investment are different games. A home you love and a unit that rents well are judged by different criteria. We're honest about which is which.

The sale is the middle, not the end. Our buy-hold-sell approach means we stay involved through renovation, tenanting and eventual resale.
