STEP 02
We go to work comparing corridors, layouts, new launch packages and subsale listings against your goals. What you receive: a researched shortlist with the reasoning attached, location notes, layout comparison, and pricing context for each option, not a stack of brochures.
STEP 03
We arrange viewings and show-unit visits, walk you through the numbers on each candidate, and answer the awkward questions. When you've chosen, we negotiate on your behalf, including direct access to developer launch packages and incentives. What you receive: a deal you understand fully before you sign.
STEP 04
After purchase, the buy-hold-sell support kicks in: renovation through our trusted contractor network, tenant sourcing once the unit is ready, and resale support when you eventually exit. What you receive: one team across the whole ownership cycle.
